Life Is Not The Breaths You Take, It Is The Moments That Take Your Breath Away!!!
Last night I had the Honor of delivering a wonderful Golden Retriever to Hal Goldman, a Disabled Vietnam Veteran. Hal's service dog, a beautiful Golden named Samson, was murdered in his back yard in Waco Texas by a mountain lion!!!!
His many, many attempts to get somebody to let him even adopt a dog were sadly denied and he was treated by many with scorn and rudeness.
This man is a hero who served our country...
What on earth have we become????
What were the odds that my partner in crime, Eva would find a perfect fit for Hal and his name is "Sam". We were merely the instruments as God sure did work some magic on this one.
Before I left last night, Hal walked with Sam beside his wheelchair and it appeared that this wonderful dog had done this his whole life.
The neighbors came out to Thank me and there were tears all around. It was obvious that the loss of Samson was not simply the death of a dog.
I would like to Thank God for the reincarnation of a Golden Retriever named Samson...
What a gift he gave me!!!!!
